Where does Greenwood Homes build?
We are a licensed general contractor in California, Nevada, Hawaii, Idaho, and Utah, with offices in Incline Village, Nevada; Coeur d’Alene, Idaho; and on Kauai, Hawaii.
Do you only build new custom homes?
No. In addition to new custom construction, we handle remodels, renovations, additions, tenant improvements, and energy-efficient upgrades.
Can you join after our plans are already complete?
Yes. You can work with us from project inception or bring us onboard after plans are finished. Either way, we collaborate with you, your architect, and designer through every phase.
What does pre-construction include?
Estimating, feasibility review, value engineering, mechanical/electrical/plumbing review, constructability review, risk assessment, and scheduling—because thorough planning correlates with project success.
